Single-Family Residential
Main Street Associates purchases single family residential real estate that is in a distress situation. This distress can be financial, physical or managerial. After the purchase, Main Street Associates quickly corrects the distress situation and creatively remarkets the property. The company’s main interest is to divest of the property quickly but will hold in some cases.
